(Saco, Maine) Maine Water is pleased to announce the results of its most recent customer satisfaction survey completed in November. An independent survey company, Great Blue Research, contacted over 600 customers in all ten divisions of Maine Water, and found the overall satisfaction index is 92.4%.
The survey measures customers’ satisfaction with the company, with the customer service employees and with the field service employees. The most recent results show that our customers ranked the office personnel at 94% and rated field service interaction at 93.5%

The survey results showed a continued trust of the company’s communication materials, and that customers see the importance of the company’s proactive plan in replacing aging water infrastructure. “We continue to strive for a great customer experience, knowing that there are always ways that we can improve. For instance, our customers told us through this survey that they would like more water conservation tips, which we will continue to provide. It’s great to see that our customers want to use water more wisely, and share our stewardship of the great natural water resources that we have in Maine.”
